We have had our Lexus for ten years. The service is the best. To illustrate this , on our last visit my husband had a question for our service representative . When he called he was told that our representative , Mike Sullivan, had the day off. Minutes later Mike called answered his questions . On his day off! They go above and beyond,Beautiful facility and reliable, professional service.
Wow! we got to spend time at the new beautiful LEXUS Pleasanton dealership today ! It's gorgeous .Thank you Mark Collins for your exceptional service as always ! I recommend the service, the friendliness and how Mark answers all of our questions and drove us to different lots to see the models we wanted to see ! He made us feel so important and helping us make the right choices !

Choose another Dealership!!! We dropped our car off for a routine servicing, and got it back with multiple damages all over the right side of our car. After extensive arguing with them to fix what they had done, they kept our car for almost 2 weeks and returned it painted but still full of damage. They were so rude and never just fessed up to damaging the car that we had to take it to someone else to fix. They are CROOKS of the first order!
