I don't know where these bad reviewers really were. I have nothing but praise for the dealership. I've had a ES300 1997 for almost 20 years and the service has always been great. I just purchased a 2014 ES350 on August 13, 2016. The salesman Lawrence Powell couldn't have been more helpful, even calling me during the week to make sure everything was okay. Mike Sullivan in Service Dept is the best, I always make my appointments with him..Great car, great people, great Dealer who even calls to make sure everything is good!
Horrible place management sucks porters write up your cars when they don't know what there doing and even there techs do wrong diagnosis don't pay the money for diagnosis

Sorry to here that Glen Brown left the dealership... I purchased two fine Lexus from him.. Disappointed that the free car washes have been discontinued..
Mr. Lang was absolutely fabulous. I was recently in a car accident (not huge) and the first thing he asked was how was my son and I doing. Takes customer service to a whole different level. Made the experience of buying a new car stress free and what for it ... FUN!
I got my first Lexus here few weeks ago. Great service! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a car here. They made our car buying experice so memorable and easy!
