RecommendedI had a regular 5K service done on my RX350. Nick Wilson was the service advisor. My appointment was done on time. Nick is an excellent service advisor. He knows my car and is very good on identifying service that needs to be done. I have over 225K on my RX.all service has been done by Lexus of Pleasanton. Car runs well. I am very pleased with their work.

Fantastic buying experience
I have been going to Lexus of Pleasanton for over 11 years. The salesman who helped me with the purchase of my current RX350 was great. He made things very easy and was not at all pushy. My service advisor is fantastic and always very helpful.
Lexus of Pleasanton has been a great dealership to do business with. We have purchased three new Lexus vehicles from them over the past 8 years and each purchase has been a seamless transaction. The Sales and Service Staff are very friendly and eager to assist.
They spotted the severe deterioration of my tires. There was still tread depth but the dry rot outweighed that.
