Cassidy did a wonderful job when we bought our 2015 RX 350. We came in initially when we first started browsing. He was not overbearing like other salesman and was not pushy in anyway even after we said we wanted to keep looking. We eventually came back to look at the car again. Again he wasn't pushy. Answered all our questions. Gave us different options and eventually bought our car. The process was long but easy. Cassidy was friendly and knowledgeable. We'd definitely come back.
The service department in Towson is predictably accurate, honest, communicative, and helpful. Scott Johnson is great!
Took my RX350 in for oil change and 75k service. Ricardo Benitez was my service advisor and he did an excellent job of communicating and delivering my car back to me. This is the second Lexus my husband and I bought from Lexus of Towson, and we will continue to buy cars from here due to their standard of quality and great service. Keep up the good work!

This service visit was the first time I met Joshua Mettert. He was the most helpful of ANY service employee I have encountered! He was very thorough explaining the work in detail and actually gave me tips on certain items noted during the inspection that I might be able to wait on until a future service visit, looking out for my budget which I appreciated immensely! I hope he makes Lexus of Towson his working home; I look forward to working with him on future service visits.
