I was not looking forward to the ---buying a new car experience. Mr Kimble my sales person was excellent, he worked with me. Very satisfied so far.
Lexus Of Towson was very helpful with my last service appointment in May. Brandon Rupert was very helpful as he realized that the service was not going to be done in the amount of time expected so he gave me a loaner almost immediately. He was patient as I could not return the loaner on Saturday and he advised to enjoy it until Monday. Very cool! Thanks Brandon and looking forward to working with him in the future.
This is Lexus Quality Peeling paint,Factory Rep.Ben Roget For Lexus said this is caused by stone chips,50Years of owning cars this never happened,he had no reason for the split paint in picture#4 .Lexus corperate says the Factory Rep is always right and they will NOT stand behind there product. Lexus of Towson will also do nothing, James Dick the Service Director would not stand behind his origional claim that there should be no problem having this covered under warrenty.

I "popped" in with a minor "emergency" and Ricardo made it all come together in no time at all. My granddaughter and I sipped coffee (Starbucks) and juice, had a muffin and watched TV or internet. On the road in 2 hours. No charge as my "issue" resolved itself. This "out of towner" had a great experience!
This dealer knows how to treat its costumers. Pure and simple....with respect. I don't think they ever say know. Highly recommend.
