Our service technician Ryan was super! We have a 2019 UX 200 which was previously owned by my mother who passed away and handed down to me. Ryan gave expert advice on the technology of the car as well as providing rental car during the recall repair of our vehicle. The facility was outstanding. Thanks Ryan of Lexus of Tampa Bay!

It was my first time there in about 6 years. The experience was terrible. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment and the service writer, a man named Benny, was not very nice. Then they tried to up sell me on services I didn’t need. I was told that I needed my transmission serviced which I had done 6 months previously. My windshield wipers were replaced 3 months ago and were working fine, but I was told I needed new ones.
