My service person was Joshua Merrert. I could not have had a better person. I had my brakes checked and he had the technician do a complete diagnostic of my Lexus LS 460. I will always request his service. Outstanding person. He also reconnected my new iPhone for my car!!!!

The Service Department are scammers!!! Get a second opinion, they will surely try to dig deep in your pockets...
I worked with Joshua Mettert couple times and he has been awesome every time. My tires popped and he made sure I was taken care of with a loaner on a walk in. Very patient, caring and helping in allowing me to understand what was going on and making the process smooth. Would definitely recommend working with him.
