The service team at Lexus of Towson, coordinated by my Service Advisor, SCOTT JOHNSON, is great. Scott keeps you informed on every visit by phone and/or email. Appointments can be made timely which is huge when you have a busy schedule that must be accommodated. Service costs are fair and reasonable. I’m driving my 5th RX350 and would not have it serviced any place else.
Working with Huntley Duhaney was the BEST! I love my new GX 460, and his knowledge of the competition sealed the deal for me. He's a great guy and an asset to your team.
