RecommendedGreat place to buy a vehicle. The entire staff from the valet people to the managers treat you like your family. Great clean place and everyone is super friendly, even if you’re not buying a car. Gordon is EXCEPTIONAL, to say the least. He is very knowledgeable and he took the time to go over every possible specification I was looking for in a vehicle. I’ve purchased many cars and I’ve never had a salesman like Gordon.
My tire went flat on my commute from Frederick to Forest Hill. Lexus of Towson was closest place. The service director, Bill Mortimer, took care of me quickly. Though I am driving a 2011 Toyota, he treated me as if I was driving a 2019 Lexus. The service department is quick, clean and professional. I know where I will get my Lexus...its almost time!

My experience with Lexus of Towson has been phenomenal! I purchased my first Lexus last week and Mr. Huntley Duhaney (Lexus dealer) did an excellent job with promoting the 2019 Lexus ES 350. Had my routine service done this week. Chelsea Django handled it perfectly. She noticed after the service had begun that I was farther on in my mileage then anticipated. She automatically upped the service to meet the mileage. Great job Lexus of Towson. Excellent service.
