Sent in request for a CPO vehicle online - the salesperson that called did not seem knowledgeable about the regular warranty much less the certified warranty. They also then told me that even though the car is LISTED on their website as a certified Lexus, it is not and it would be an additional fee on top of the advertised price. I was told by the manager that "that's just the way we do business to stay competitive" when I said it was actually bait and switch. Terrible business practices.
I had an amazing experience at Lexus of Towson . Gordon is the man. An excellent sales person. Very personable, knowledgeable and always there for you to answer all your questions and concerns and sell you the best car ever. I love my car and the dealership. Yes I would recommend Towson Lexus my experience was great . George was wonderful excellent in knowing how to sell a car I thought everything about my experience and this was my first experience although I have other Lexus but I love the car itself so yes five stars to Lexus of Towson

I had the worst experience in my entire life at this dealership today. First, George Z. was very nice and professional. The general manager,Mike Meagher, got mad because I was trying to get the best possible deal for a new car. Mike Meagher ripped up the car offer in my face and preceded to berate me. He was yelling that I was wasting their time and the deal was no longer available. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in my life.
