I recently had occasion to book a service appointment at Lexus of Towson. My service advisor was Chelsea Django and she was truly excellent. She kept me informed of progress and her estimates for time and costs were spot on. I will be asking for her on my next visit.
The last thing my husband and I planned to do when we passed the Towson Lexus was to turn around and replace our 2015 Lexus with a 2018. We were just taking a look! Then we met Alex Lee and the rest was history. He was not pushy, extremely personable and knowledgeable about the RX. He knew what we liked and brought many suvs forward for us to see.
