Dirty loaner car given to me 2/28 and money was stolen from my car. Only got a voicemail yesterday but no follow up call today. Totally unacceptable

I purchased a new Lexus recently and had one of my best experiences at this dealership. The sales person was Cassidy Drummond who is not your usual car salesman. My wife and I enjoyed spending time with him which made the long buying experience pleasant. My experience at Lexus of Towson was great. Buying a car is not even in the top 1,000 of things I enjoy but Mike Shuman was calm & attentive. I had just had my 2010 RX350 totaled in an accident. Police said it was lucky I was driving a Lexus. So I knew I had to buy another and decided on a 2015 RX 450H. I was still dealing with the stress of the accident but Mike was great. By the time I got home to Philadelphia it felt like my car! Thanks!
