Towson Lexus consistently tries to earn high customer satisfaction, even on the smallest jobs. Reps like Ricardo Benitez stand out even so. I've experienced this guy getting on his back on the floor to check work, and I've seen him do some things himself as if your car was his own. That's service "repping" !!

Had a wonderful experience buying my new Lexus RX450h at Lexus of Towson. Grant Pivec was super knowledgeable and patient when explaining all the features and giving pointers when test driving the car! He listened to what I was looking in a car and helped to pick my new 4-wheeled friend. I already recommended Lexus of Towson, and specifically Grant, to my friend.
Josh is awesome, always there even after u buy the car, wish I could say the same about service but all worked out in the end :)obviously since I'm on my 4th lexus coming up it hasn't deterred me too much :)

My GX460 has been in the service department 5 times for the same problem. I picked the car up on Thursday and by Sunday the same issue was back. They will not replace my system. This is my 5th SUV from Towson. Lexus must step up to the plate and bite the bullet.
