Concur with **** below. Puchased a Jacuzzi heater from Leslies for my pool with 5 year warranty. Needed repairs done and not only did Leslies not have parts to repair my heater, I had to find them and pay for them first. I found parts in ********* (not *** or Leslies) paid for the shipping and for the installation. I will not be dealing with Leslies again until they admit their mistake and reimburse for the heater and the expenses incurred.

Do NOT buy from this company! My pool heater didnt last 2 years. Everything was under warranty but they didnt have any technicians to service the heater. I eventually spoke to the corporate level and they stopped returning any phone calls. The heater was a piece of junk, and no technician has been able to repair it. Just had to buy a new heater from a new company since mine from Leslies never worked correctly. Do yourself a favor- shop elsewhere! My experience has been ***********************.

Repeat what others have said DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Leslie's Pool Service. Total Ripoff. Had them install a new LED light in pool spa with a 3 year warranty, just months ago. Cost was over $600. Light has already failed.Multiple phone calls to Leslie's; you will always be directed to a foreign answering service; never locally.Have scheduled 3 appointments with them; all three were no shows. Had to wait 5 weeks for a pool filter sand change. ****** showed up late and told me removed sand would need to stay on property. Neither local office or corporate told me that. Next, ******, the tech told me that" anyone with common sense would have filled the pool" This made me mad as no one had told us that. He was combative and unapologetic. I will never use Leslie's again.

HORRIBLE we purchased a Variable speed pump and it keeps giving us problems due to wrong wiring when Leslies installed after the second time it broke we decided to hire an electrician only to find out that the wiring was wrong and the pump basically burnt now were stuck with a ***** **** for a non-working pump and a extra 200 **** for the electrician and my pump is still not working we're supposed to get a call from management to see if I will get a new working pump.

DO NOT DO SERVICE CONTACTS with this company. They do a terrible job and their service department is never available They do not show up as scheduled. They installed a pool equipment wrong and now they are giving us cancellation after cancellation. Their service department, which is outside of the **. does not have a number or a manager to talk to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We bought a variable speed pump to be installed within the same week. The sales person told us that we will receive a phone call from the service department the next business day to arrange the installation appointment.NOBODY call us ever within the next four days and when I called I got an appointment in two WEEKS. They had the money and we had a messy pool. We returned the pump. well never spend money at Leslies again.

Ordered a pool liner through the website on 4/3/22. Was told I would have the liner by 4/15/22. So I hired an installer to put it in. That date came and went with no shipping updates. I called and was informed this liner wouldnt be ready till July. Totally unacceptable. I cancelled my order and will never spend money with this company again.
