Worst customer **********************, I schedule a site evaluation for a heat pump install they send 2 guys I open the gate so they can go in because I wasnt home at the time, i saw on my cameras that they check the area and leave in 2 min. No call back, try to call service department and no body knows anything,try to contact the guy who text me to open the gate for them and he wont reply, its been a month and not even a single call to tell me what I need or how the process work, taking my business somewhere else.

Bought a Temp Master pool heater from Leslie ***** 2022. Few days after installation had issues it took ****** 3 Weeks to come and check it out again today had same issues heat keeps turning off I called for service again I was told the soonest is June 24th. ****** needs better customer ********************** assistance and backup their services and heaters they sell.

Purchased a heater that was the wrong one, propane was ordered when in fact I needed natural gas. Driver arrived and drove straight across the grass tearing it up. Tried to return to store but was told they cant accept the return. This is not what the website said. Still waiting after 3 weeks for the refund. Ive been told repeatedly somebody would call me, Ive received zero phone calls. Whats crazy, all these bad reviews Leslies has replied saying the will get in touch, I really wonder if they do?

On 5/29/22 I ordered a pool package that was supposed to be in stock and shipped **** days. Never received email confirmation or anything, except paper receipt, as of 6/6/22. Upon checking my credit card, I saw another charge for same item. When talking to customer ********************** at ** noon about it they said its a reservation charge. And hung up on. I ordered an 8 foot pool liner ($120) on June 1st. I misread the estimated ship date as June, not July. I would not have ordered it if I had read the correct date as late July. I ordered a pool liner on 5/14/22 an was told i would receive it by 5/26/22. On 5/25/22 I called to verify delivery the next day as instructed and was told i would not be receiving the liner until 8/16/22, almost 3 months after original delivery date.

I purchased two gal of muriatic acid from Leslie's #****. Its regular price was $29.99 and the sale price was $25.49. When I got home I discovered my spouse had purchased acid for $9.99 for two gallons from the grocery store. I went back to Leslies the next day to return their acid and the clerk said they didn't accept returns on chemicals. How convenient is it to not accept returns! The box was unopened.
