I dont even know where to start! Went in for Rx Lenses so I could drive again July 2nd, 2023, once ordered the 6 month supplu, came out with bad Rx lenses sent to me by Lenscrafters at the Mt. pleasant, SC location. The Rx initial lenses had the Rx for me to try but the ones they sent were polar opposite resulting in a car accident minutes from wearing them. The worst customer service possibly ever received. The local store messed up my order, failed to take care of it and told me **** happens by the optometrist. When I went to corporate for help, since they failed to give me a refund and failed to give me my contacts, it has now been three months and all the local store has done is lied. Although I have never done business with luxottica directly, I also received notice of my personal data being found on the Dark Web. In my alert description it states "Your personal information (which could include dates of birth, phones, names, addresses, cities, zips, states, surnames, emails, companies and usernames), was identified in a data exposure associated with luxottica.com. I placed an order for replacement lenses and then immediately realized that I ordered the incorrect ones. I tried to cancel my order, but there is no function for that on the website. I emailed customer service to request a cancellation, but I later read on the site that they cannot cancel orders once placed. I figured that since I just placed the order that it should be able to be cancelled. As another reviewer mentioned, I too have never done business with this scam of a company and was also noticed by ********************* that they sold my personal information on the dark web. Never even heard of this website. I would like to know how they obtained my data and why they feel entitled to share it.

Bought glasses in lenscrafters (******************** mall) in May and suddenly the frame broke while in the case. Brought it in store and was told that I have to file a claim thru oakley when the website says I have to go to the retailer first. Made a claim on the website but was rejected as they said it was not due to a defect. Glasses was not used or broken due to my fault. Suddenly broke while just in the case stored. This is bad customer service from both ******************** and also oakley/luxoticas website

A total rip off of the Lenscrafter name. I bought a pair of glasses and two weeks later I was simple wading in the ocean when one lens fell out. I was unable to find the lens so the glasses are obviously useless. Tried to file a claim and they said to give it 48 hours to get a response. It's been four days and nothing. I never even got an email verification of my claim. The phone number is just a black hole of options with no ability to get a human for guidance. I ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses with my prescription a couple weeks ago. This was my first time ordering. I saw all the terrible reviews and was worried about my purchase. I received them yesterday in a very timely manner. The glasses are perfect. Thank you Glasses.com for everything you do. My glasses are awesome, And my insurance covered a large portion of them. I will order again in the future. .
