Hello. From Miami FL. I had purchased a package for laser hair removal not too long ago. I have only completed treatment 3 times for legs. (still have all leg hair.) Go somewhere else. Watch out for the bait and switch with LaserAway! I bought a package and then could never get a timely appointment--having to wait months before they could get me in. If you know anything about laser hair removal, you have to go on a certain cadence to get results. Then when I asked if I could go ahead and cancel my package, since I can never get an appointment to use it, I was never able to reach anyone with authority to cancel my package and provide a refund. Absolute scam. I am so upset at having really researched and spent so much time and money on laser hair removal with this business. At every session I voiced concern that I was not seeing the reduction they guarantee (between 10%-15% reduction a session per their website), and they told me they would get me to where I need to be. Really Frustrated with this company, I purchased a package back in 2020, in short, I got overcharged and pointed at it on my first appointment, they told me management will clear it out and one area was not treated upon clearance of charges, second appointment same history and again one area did not get treated, on my 3rd appointment finally management credit me in a form of another small area treated. LaserAway uses sales representatives and approve cosmetics treatments that people are not a candidate or will get bad results. They over sell you treatments and will try to squeeze all of your funds for that treatment. Sales representatives go as far as signing loan contracts for customers and patients with out they're awareness. The sales representatives conduct bad consultations and are obviously commission base. They don't care if you like your results they only want they're commission cut.

I bought a package of (4) coolsculting treatments from Laser way. I was told the day of the treatment that I had 2 applications left and I remember asking when I should rebook. I booked May 1st which the consultant verbally confirmed I had 2 applications left however, the earliest I could get in was June 13th. When I arrived they told me. 1 star is too generous. I have been rescheduled by them repeatedly. The treatment is fantastic, but unfortunately the professionalism and basic business skills are thoroughly lacking. However, a great treatment is only useful if you can actually use the package. I have once been scheduled for a time and shown up on time and been told I was late (which according to my confirmation texts were false). I was also called an hour before and cancelled on. 6/4/2022 Laser away is a dishonest business. I went for 6 sessions over the course of a year for 3 pinpoint tattoos inserted for radiation cancer. It has been totally ineffective so I asked for a refund. I was asked to come in to the place where the treatments were done so they could photograph the tattoos again. I spent over $10,000 on LaserAway Treatments and it wasn't until the pandemic hit that I realized it is a complete rip off. I paid for full body hair removal and was guaranteed 80% hair removal through the 8 treatment process. I was even sold on an additional 3 treatments to get up to 90% hair removal.
