Please read before considering Laseraway for any treatment. Laseraway advertises a service called "CoolSculpting" as a cosmetic service designed to enhance your appearance by freezing pockets of fat in your body. Sales representatives/nurses did not provide adequate information about the risks of such a procedure, and did not inform me that I was not a proper candidate for the treatment, which was made wholly evident by the fact that the machine could not even adhere to my body and I was asked to hold it in place, which is n... read more

Where do I start? I originally purchased a hair removal package for 8 sessions for my upper legs, bikini line and under arms. After my second session I upgraded to full Brazilian, full leg and upper lip. I was told I would be getting 8 session on the new areas and 10 for my upper lip. After my 6th Brazilian I was told that I was done even though I was under the impression I had two more. The way I found this out is what upset me though. ATTENTION EVERYONE!!! Please please stay away from this place. They are all ads and pretty pictures. To try to tell a short story here, I bought a package, thought I was getting a good deal realized later I was played. They will change there prices literally daily and pressure you to buy. Treatments were inconsistent, they do not let you stay with one person (probably because there turn over rate is so high) my results were literally nothing after 8 treatments. I been trying to reach out for help twice and always respond, "they will contact me later." I understand how busy this business may be but I honestly need help with my situation. Got a small leg tattoo blur on my second laser hair removal appointment and showed my third appointment technician, who confirmed that it was, in fact, caused by the former laser appointment and the ill placement of tape that barely covered the tattoo. I inquired Laseraway Thermage and C&B treatments back in July 2020. The sales lady Jordan Gilmont told me the price was $2500 and $2399 accordingly. And since I am already spending $4899, I should purchase a $5000 black card instead, so I can get a $2500 credit, and I can use the credit for another thermage or C&B if I am satisfied with the service. There is a reason Laser Awayis not BBB accredited and has an overall score of 1.14. All of us have the same experience. Their treatments don't work, and the only resolution they offer you is two free treatments. I complained multiple times about the lack of consistency between nurses and the lack of results. They don't care. When I asked for a refund they refused but promised to make things right if I wasn't happy in the end. That didn't happen. Save your money and go someplace else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! 100% SCAM/NO RESULTS. I paid $2,500 for a Tattoo Laser Removal they told me will work for me, etc... (they told you everything you want to hear just to complete the sale). **I understand that it will not be completely removed, but I still have the tattoos.
