I Have been going to Laser Away since last year. Today, I had an appointment but I arrived late, 10 minutes after. The personnel there (San Diego, 4S Ranch) did not show any consideration to me. They would rather give me another appointment at 5:15 pm. It is incredible!!!!! because they always spend 10-15 minutes maximum doing my treatment. How is that? Do they treat their clients like that? Well let me start by saying I am a guy!! I have been going to laser away since 2017 and am so happy with MOST of my results...this is what I have purchased since going here- back hair removal, front and back neck hair removal , upper face hair removal, I also got tattoo treatments "still am" 5 in total. I purchased 6 sessions of clear and brilliant. I submitted pictures of my acne scars and was told that it will smooth out my scars and this will be perfect treatment for me. I did not see any change with my scars after 6 sessions. When I bring up my concern, I was told that I should purchase 6 more to be able to see the difference. I bought additional 6 treatments and I still see no difference. I kept bringing up my concern every time I went for treatments and was told that you will see difference after 8, 10 or 12 sessions.... read more

I purchased a laser hair removal package for legs, Brazilian and underarms. I started treatment in the spring/summer. During the winter I was told by the nurse that the laser is stronger because it's on a winter setting. I take issue with this because I don't go in the sun during the summer and I feel like I received less treatment than I paid for. Horrible!! False advertising. Their laser hair removal don't remove hair. They know that only 8 treatments can't remove hair, it requires more treatments. It's medically proven, because of the thickness of the hair. That's why they offer "maintenance ". They also know that 3 treatments won't do anything. There's too many laser treatment places that guarantee results or money back. So please ladies, take the advice of a nurse that works with plastic surgeons.
