Laser away Mountain View falsifies medical records, saying that they put in 2 units of botox on my crows feet, when this DID NOT happen. Katrina, at corporate, says that even though she was not there, she could "tell" vey clearly that I had them put in! This is false, I did not have anything injected in my crows feet, pictures that I have will also prove that as well as the practitioner that knows she did not put anything in. Take your money and get services elsewhere. I purchased 12 sessions of laser hair removal and each and every appointment was a disaster. I travel internationally for work and my travel schedule revolved around these appts. One of my areas was Brazilian so I wanted the same lady every time. I scheduled my appointments around her schedule and my first two appointments were fine. when I went in for my 3rd appt, they did not book me with her and did not book for the correct amount of time. I have been waiting for a COMPLETE refund on my account since January 2021. I did not receive services from Laser Away. I didn't not step into the office of Laser Away. Im asking for the loan to be canceled out, the rep stated i have a credit of 3000.00 of service. No company should make you feel obligated to spend money at any facility, to increase their revenue which has not occur. They are taking money from individuals with out even doing service. I have no issues with the services but you need to keep track of what is in your account because salespeople lie a lot they don't honor original agreements and if you don't check within your account items that you purchased and paid for are no longer in the account and what was told to you over the phone during selling is not true and cannot be honored. I would say Jamielynn at LaserAway is a scam artist. I called her on Feb 9, 2021 at 2:54pm to cancel my scheduling. On the phone call she stated I would receive my refund within 7 to 10 business days. I waited 10 days excluding weekends and never received the refund and so I had called her number again just to hear "this verizon number is unavailable"?!?!? So obviously I had freaked out thinking she was a scam artist so I called the Pasadena location where I was scheduled and it turned out she never even processed my refund.... read more

Horrible! Scam! They should be taken to court! My hair got WORSE after I started laser. They refused to refund me. I started getting laser from another place and a girl who used to work there told me they do that on purpose!! When you don't turn up the laser high enough it actually stimulates hair follicles to grow more and is only slightly damaging the ones that are there so it becomes an endless cycle on them taking your money!

I would give LaserAway zero stars if I could. They rush and sell you these packages over the phone, promising to accommodate your schedule, talk you through the process, a great experience, etc, that they do not provide later on. The communication has been horrible. I have no way to review my account. And now that I've had an issue, it has been a struggle to get assistance. Fraudulent advertising. Advertised Clear and Brilliant special for buy one get one 50% off, but when I was quoted for the service, I was told I needed to purchase a package of 6 for the deal despite the advertisement not mentioning that. Also, advertised a $10 Botox special, but the $10 per unit is only good if $1,000 is purchased. Cannot spend less and get the $10 per unit rate.

This is only the third negative review I have ever left for a business, because I take negative reviews seriously and understand that they can very much impact a business. And unfortunately, this review was well-earned by LaserAway. I purchased a Groupon from LaserAway back in 2018, and used all three sessions (this was for IPL).
