DO NOT go here is you want to get ripped off with zero results. I got a tattoo removal package 2 years ago and only found out recently that I was severely overcharged (I paid almost double what I should have paid). Now they don't want to refund me giving me some BS explanation and are trying to "credit" the overpayment towards 10 MORE sessions. I have had 8 sessions so far and see no results. I just want to get my money back and go somewhere else that has at least some integrity.

BEWARE OF THEIR FINANCING PLANS!!! Laser Away has one of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE departments I have ever dealt with. I had set up a phone consultation to discuss tattoo removal and was reluctantly convinced by the rep to sign up for a plan. I had told the rep I was hesitant because I did tattoo removal in 2015 and it was very painful, she told me to try it out and if I didn't like it I could cancel. I signed up for 10 sessions of laser tattoo removal and currently I'm on my 8th and the tattoo is barely any different I spent $1299 on this and I'm so dissatisfied the last time I was there I thought I was going to be treated by the regular techs but some random tech she was going to treat me I asked her if I could have Dakota (she even put the numbing on so I was expecting her to treat me anyway) this new tech said no she's busy with another patient I get out of my session and Dakota was not with someone else... this new t... read more

I went ahead and canceled my services way before the 24 hour mark and I also asked the consultant if by any chance something happened such as a personal emergency where I can't move on forward with the services if I can cancel the services and the consultant said yes I can cancel so I haven't had no services done because I found out I am pregnant and so I won't be able to have no services done so I decided to not move forward but I still got a bill and I'm still getting charged when the consultant told me I would only get ch... read more

I called for a promotion, they promised 6 clear brilliant, hair removal, free sunblock and feee lipstick and Victoria lie it to me. She promised sent on email never received and she fill out the application for me without a social security, she said they won't me charge interest and Now Verdi de company is charging interest, I've been waiting for a Supervisor por 3 weeks to help me and nobody is helping me. They don't care !

I called Laseraway in Dublin to schedule an appointment for a themage somehow I was transferred to talk to an Agent from Laseraway her name is Marla, she was explaining to me the promotions they offered for the themage I took the offer she provided to me the price which is $2,500 dollars Marla, told me I had to put down a deposit of $500.00 dollars which wasn't included with the offer under the policy I had to put a down payment in order to keep that promotion however I ran into a problem I had to pay the full amount of $2,5... read more

The sales people will tell you how high the turnover is within this company. All they do is lie! Stay far away! Do your research, look all over the website for reviews, they are not good. The sales staff and the actual locations do not communicate well. Sales will tell you one thing but the location states another!

I rarely write negative reviews about businesses because I recognize everyone and every company has its good and bad days. However, my experience at LaserAway 4S Ranch in San Diego was so outrageously bad that it deserves a warning to consumers. First, the sales rep I worked with lied and there is terrible communication and extremely high turnover in the staff. Bad combination.
