Such a scam company. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND They recommend one service that cost $3500. With all laser service I expected to see improvement with 30 days and many more They said no I needed to wait 3 months Already 7 months I looked same Now I asked for Botox I wanted 24 They said no only 15 this and that I right away knew the nurses are not qualified!!!!

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I signed up and did their "financing" option as I was told by ****** that it is supposed to save me money. ****** was supposed to call me to schedule an initial appointment/consultation and she never called me. I had attempted to call but there was no number to call on the website. I had to deep-dive to find a number. The closer locations apparently don't exist...they are in the process of opening. Its against their policy to give refunds to customers even if you have not used the service you signed up for. I had asked for a refund because I havent been able to make an appointment in over a week and no one would contact me in over a month, until I contacted them on every social media account they had. They also dont show their prices any where so you have no idea if theyre actually giving you a discount or not.

Completely unethical. Red flags from the beginning and all the way through. You have to provide your contact information before you can even view any type of information about the services that they provide. As soon as they have your contact information, get ready for the sales sharks to start calling, texting and emailing. You cant pay per session. Such a scam company. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! The sales person sold me a tattoo removal by stating red tattoos are easily removed just like black ink. Then they sold me on laser hair removal services but didnt disclose there are different package options and I was automatically sold an 8 session package for Brazilian and 10 session package for lip. Great company! I had the best experience, I have been a patient since 2011. It saddens me to see these silly 1 star reviews. Hair is hormonal, everyone is different. All the treatments I have gotten I have been extremely satisfied with. The medical staff all very savvy! The technology is always up to date. I have no complaints.

Ruined my skin and they wont return my calls. I purchased clear and brilliant and 3 months later my skin is still damaged. I had good clear skin but the heavy sales tactic they pushed clear and brilliant on me to make the sale. Saying my skin would look amazing just after a few days. Instead for over a week I was red and scabs. Months later and my skin is still uneven red and reactive.

Should have known that the onslaught of phone calls, emails, and texts that resulted from an initial inquiry was a blaring sign of the displeasure to come! Purchasing botox at a required pricetag of $550 for the smallest increment, I then learned that the nurse would only administer $400 worth during my appointment (32 units for crows feet, and 4 units in the upper lip was all that was allowed) compounded by the 15-minute wait for the nurse to come back in the room to do the injections). DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER OR EMAIL. I got an ad on tiktok. I'm not actively looking to get lasered but maybe in the future so I just thought I'd take a look at their prices. immediatley ask for your information. For some reason thought doing that might get me their prices. No prices anywhere. Ok nevermind then, move on with my life.
