I have never posted any negative feedback for any business because I feel sometimes its just one person having bad day. But this specific business, I am so disappointed. Not just the services I got but afterwards too. LaserAway you will always see them promoting calling you 100 times to see their services. Laser Away is a dangerous company! They commit fraud without any reservation!! Laser Away *********** canceled my appointments, after I waited months for procedures, due to staff unavailability. The worse part is they have not refunded me for the services they never performed. Criminals!! Beware of Laser Away!

Very disappointed. I went in for laser tattoo removal. I was told that it wouldnt be a problem removing it within the 6 sessions. Well 6 sessions later I still look the sane.

I spent $5000 with these people and have 30% less hair. When you try to talk to someone, they just run you around and never call you back burnt underarms with no apologies. Still waiting to hear from somebody and its been two weeks

Predatory sales practices Price gauging Bait and Switch False Refund Commitment Predatory and Deceitful Lending Ineffective Treatment (tattoo removal)False Advertising They offered me a discounted rate of $300/session if I purchased 10 sessions. False advertising. They barrage you with emails about discounts, but when you try to use them, you are denied. Birthday bonus said $100 off any treatment. But they lie, and wont honor gift unless you buy a bank costing thousands. Place is a scam.

**************** Paid over $8k for laser hair removal for my wife. They cancel appointments so often (2 or 3 times in a row), all improvements have been lost. After waiting weeks, we finally were connected to customer support, to just be offered more services discounted to $1,600. Stay away from LaserAway!

This company is a scam. They claim their Clear and Brilliant will clear skin wrinkles, scars and belsmised. None of this is true. 6 seasons and my skin is the exactly the same as the day I walked in. Staff Director *** and the regional director *********************************, don't even give you the common curiosity to call me back. They claim the nurse performing the laser therapy are RN's, but they are nothing more than an aesthetician. This company needs to be stopped from their false sales tactics of the procedure.

Youve been warned. Like everyone says this is a scam company. Just go to the many other places that offer the same services. Please dont get screwed by Laser Away. They sold me on Thermage for my face and never warned me of the horrific pain. Let me tell you it was absolute torture. No exaggeration. I really tried but couldnt bare it. When I showed up for it the nurse said its spicy? Come on not even close. No truthful warning or disclosure that if they run the machine on you even a little, its considered rendered.
