great service and sales dept
Great dealership. Easy purchase transaction (dealt with Kris Kapusta) with very good communication all around and very good pricing, etc. Also after purchasing the vehicle there were a couple minor issues and the dealership took care of it right away and coordinated everything for me back home in Las Vegas. We had an excellent experience with Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram in Avondale and we recommend the dealership as most certainly we'll be back to buy our next RAMs there too.

Warning Warning Warning: Avoid this place at all cost!!! Purchased a $50,000 brand new truck from Larry Miller and it's been in the shop 3 times over 45 days total with no end in sight.... General manager says not his problem because they don't make them, they only sell them.... Absolutely zero customer satisfaction and lemon lawyer will be hired first thing tomorrow. ����������������������������

Better the customer service. It seems to takes days to get info, or be able to set an appointment to get serviced. It is even like pulling teeth to find out what needs to be done for a service, I am pretty sure there is more than just an oil and filter change. I have sent emails. I have chatted with your team online and still trying to get the answers needed and my service appointment.
My experience at Larry Miller Dodge on Sunday, July 22,2018 was amazing! I went there on fact finding expedition to see just what I could afford, and came home with a brand new 2018 Dodge Journey! Sam Friedman was my sales rep and he is just the best! Made me feel reassured every step of the way and I was extremely happy with his handling of my purchase.
