The service department is horrible and when they send you the survey about the service you just had and you tell them about the problems you encounter, you get no response back. Just got back my vehicle today, check engine light on for my 2016 Ram 2500. After having my vehicle over 24 hours, they said it had a small evap leak which they say has been repaired. Freddy was the best. Very helpful from the start. Everyone was friendly. They didn’t make us feel like it was totally impossible for us to get a new car. It was actually the first time we were able to give our terms and our needs and Freddy was determined to get it.

Great experience. Kris was my sales guy and he took his time looking up the perfect dodge RAM 1500 for me. It was great and the financial part of it was very swift as well. I highly recommend this dealership.

Hands down, the was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I traded in 2015 Challenger RT for a super low mileage CPO 2018 ScatPak and never once felt rushed of pressured. Brian Presto, my sales consultant, did an AWESOME job keeping in touch with me and even came in an hour early for his shift to get me into my new BEAST. (First time visit/oil change)Check in time was 8:55am and the van was ready by 9:34am according to the receipt I signed...At 11:05 after hearing nothing on the status of my vehicle, I got up and checked for myself and they had no idea what was going on with no answers to why I wasn't notified. After speaking to the service Mgr, he apologized...but I will not get that TIME back and all I asked for was a discounted rate on my next visit. He stated Larry Miller Dodge don't give compensation.
