Bought a 2018 ram 2500 from this dealer. The sales person " Lil Bit" was wonderful. she made the process enjoyable. I would recomend the Dealership to any needing a new truck.
Had a great experience with Edgar. Made an 8am appointment, was quoted two hours and he had me back on the road in an hour or a little less. Very upfront on what needed to be done and did exactly what needed at the price I was quoted. My salesman even sat with me for a short period of time while I was waiting. It was nice to see a familiar face. I’ll be taking my Ram back here for sure.
Recently purchased a new car from Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Avondale and it was by far the best experience I could have asked for! The sales team and finance team were both wonderful! The entire staff took the time to make the experience wonderful and make me comfortable with the process. I will definitely be back in the future!
6 days to get a diagnostic done to my car only to tell me my cilinder head needs rocker arms / hydraulic valve flash adjuster for 1,200. i specifically told micheal that this was my only form of transportation now im trying to get my car back but after 30 plus missed calls and many voice mails he doesnt pick up. worst service ever im just about had with larry h miller period both the peoria location and this avondale location.
RecommendedRobert Carter is an amazing Service Advisor, if he leaves LHM so will I.
This was my third time in 18 months buying a vehicle from Thad here. Always a great experience, quick and easy. I showed up from a jobsite, my truck was loaded with all of my tools, Thad helped me switch everything from my old truck to my new one, including the vinyl bed cover, now THAT'S service, especially since it was over 100 degrees out. If you're shopping anywhere else, you're just plain missing out. I can't say enough good things about this place, from sales to service to finance, top shelf across the board!

So i had an issue with my Jeep Cherokee a/c i said im going to make my appointment to check it out since it close to my house, so sure enough they gave me an appointment for today early in the morning Donny said well we might have it ready not until Monday i was upset � but i had to get it done soon.
