Service was great!
Originally our salesman was great, however after owning my vehicle for 2 weeks. The engine cut out leaving me at a dead stop in the road, with my kids in the car. Took my vehicle in to them and was told nothing was wrong with it. A week later experienced the same problem took it back to them and was told the camshaft was bad. My vehicle was new upon purchasing and I drove it for 2 weeks, how can the camshaft be bad already?! 14 months later while entering the freeway my vehicle once again died on me. I took my vehicle in for service and kept being told that the service advisor would get back with myself, my daughter or wife but we had to take it upon ourselves to get updates. We were told different costs. Kinda disappointed �
First time visiting this dealer. Car was in the shop for over a week for warranty work, 22k miles. Had to go back after the 1st week twice to show them what should be fixed. They didn’t want to address the loud vibrations. Wasted my time to show them how to fix something they didn’t want to address. After picking it up, problem still occurs. I gave up and went home.
Great buying experience, they gave me everything I asked for in my deal. Alvin was my sales rep, props to him for the seemless transaction.
We had a great experience yesterday with our salesmen Carl when purchasing our new truck. We would definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
