Came in for a simple oil change 2 days ago they said it was a 2.5 hour wait so I just made an appointment to come back another day still waited over 2.5 hours. What is the point of making an appointment if they don’t make you a priority and you still wait forever for something that takes 15 minutes? If I didn’t have a service package on my car I would just go to Jiffy Lube at least they care about people’s time
