Took over 3 hours for a scheduled oil change appointment. No sense of urgency or concern for customers’ time. They will sell you a $165 packaged deal for 3 oil changes but not tell you that you must use all three oil changes within 12 months or they expire.

I contacted the dealer on line, and they were able to send me links to the vehicles in inventory that best suited my needs. Focusing on a few trucks, rather than looking at every truck on the lot, made making my decision much easier. And negotiating a price was quick and easy.
Overall good service. I’d say your sales guys need a tune up on professionalism though. Addressing a customer as “brother,” having never met is a little unprofessional.

Junior is my Service Writer at LHM Dodge in Avondale and I could not ask for a better one. Returns calls same day and is more than willing to help. Other Service writers are friendly and are sure to ask if you have been helped. Customer Service in parts attend to All your needs as well. Jonathan Robison in sales, well, what can I not say? I would send anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to him. All in all, the last 6 years have been nothing but great. Thank you all at LHM Avondale!!!
