Worst customer experience and they do not assist you . I have been in the shop 3 times and they cannot get someone to fix my truck .. i am frustrated and have missed work because of this issue. At this point i will need to get my lawyer involved as it has been the third time for the same issue ... i have bumper to bumper warranty as well .. they do not assist you with rental as well you need to pay out of pocked even if your covered .. my truck is still sitting in the shop waiting for someone to look into it ..

I have had several engine issues with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler that made me wonder about the quality in the product as it only had 80k miles and some serious engine work was needed. I have had the pleasure to work with Donny and he has been amazing. Larry H Miller repaired all my engine work under the factory warranty which was amazing.

Once again VERY UNSATISFIED with the lack of knowledge your service advisors have. How do you plan on upholding your nitrogen warranty without nitrogen in your service department. Place is a hell hole and unorganized

I will most definitely be back! I was assisted by Donny Gonzalez in the service department. He was patient and answered all of my questions (it was my first getting an oil change alone). He was extremely helpful and professional.
They were really professional they called me when my truck was done they told me what they did to it And they wash my truck thank you
