Picked up my car from getting my a/c fixed, and my bumper had a big scratch. Manager refused to look at their cameras to see the condition of how my car had been turned in to them. I was told i had to wait 2 weeks to see the employee that took my car in because he was the only one that would be able to determine if my car got to them with the scratch. The manager said he was unable to check the cameras; that his employee was the one that had access to the cameras.

I went to Larry h Miller with a loan and told them the cars I was interested in. Their salesman tried to push me to run my credit for a better apr and I said no. He tried to get my husband to convince me and he even told him you heard her she said no. Their salesman wouldn't listen at all and tried to have me pick between a Nissan Altima or a vw passat. Waylon was very efficient and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. The entire staff were very friendly and ready to help.
