Your service department (Robert Carter) is useless. I bought a new 2019 Ram in August and it has been services 2-times already. For major issues and trying to schedule appointment is a hassle and even with appointment it takes 3-5days for my truck to get fixed.
They don’t repair what you take vehicle in for and want to keep charging deductible and then they say they don’t know what the warranty covers but yet quote u what it covered they contradict what they say and are rude! I have 4 vehicles I take to get serviced there only because it’s closer and even purchased my vehicles there. I will never again go there it is worth the travel not to give them my business!
I purchased my truck here and loved it. However I recently had my truck serviced and had issues. The repair is not yet fixed and I can’t get JR or the service manager on the phone. Seems like they got my money and are done with me
Awful , i I’m from out of state I bought a Challenger the salesman totally botched my paperwork I was unable to get my plates for almost 3 months they never sent me my information for my warranty currently I am sitting at the flat tire trying to get a hold of my AAA service. Do not buy a car from this dealership they will rush the deal and rip you off, especially if you were from out of state, buyer beware
I have bought several cars here. Specifically with Johnathon Robison. If you want to go to a dealership and work with a great person who is knowledgeable and kind Johnathon is your guy. I have recommend him to several other people who also had nothing but good things to say about him and the dealership. There is no sneaking in of fees or slimy salesman here, just an honest, professional dealership. Go see Johnathon he’ll take good care of you!
Everyone knows buying a car is equivalent as going to the dentist. Fear not as Johnathon Robison is who you want to see for your next purchase. The guy has been there for 6 years! I always bought my vehicles from this location and always go to Johnathon Robinson. He went above and beyond with my last purchase and even came down to my work in Central Phoenix to sign a new contract with an approval of a lower payment. I always recommend him whenever I know of someone wanting to get a new or used vehicle. He truly is the best. I’ve always felt welcomed by the staff.
Johnathon Robison goes above and beyond the call of duty. Was able to get me into the car I wanted even tho they didn't have it. He picked up the car from another lot and was able to get me a great price on it. Next time I get a new car it's going to be from him again.
