The over all staff is amazing
On a Holiday from B.C., Canada, Oct 20, 2019, my engine lite on my RAM 1500 came on. Went to Larry H Miller Dodge in Avondale at 7AM on Oct 21, 2019 because it happened to be near the hotel I was staying at. Explained my situation to the service dept. ( 1600 miles from home and only half ways into my holiday). The response I received from the service dept. was that they are fully booked until next week. Service department nails it again had to leave another review. Chris is great, keeps in contact and let's you know what's going on with your vehicle. Needed a new transmission under warranty while big dodge insisted on skimping with the single part replacement, they pushed for a whole new transmission. Got my car back two weeks earlier than the original quote. 5/5 great service.
Great service, Robert took very good care of my Ram 2500 !! I had a oil change, tire rotation and wash.. In and out in great time !! Thanks again !!

Shady guys and they lost my brand new car for when it went in for a lemon of a transmission. Told me to go home and find my spare key when they found it, then I could drive my car off the lot. Dodge quality is mediocre at best. Dealer customer service is far behind. You’re better off hoofin’ it than going here for anything.
Their staff, especially Benjamin Renteria, went above and beyond to help my wife and I find a car that's just right for us.
We have been going here for over 10 years! We see JR Rodriguez as our Service Advisor. JR is the best! He is always patient & explains everything. He always does a great job! We would highly recommend using this Service Dept & JR as your Service Advisor!!
