LHM can improve by heading the requests of their past customers and not call a few times a month to see if 1) I want a new car (mine is 4 years old) and 2. If I know friends that want a new car. And then after being told to please not call anymore - they sign you up for text messages. There has to be a better way, because this is not the way to gain customers but to lose them.
Unprofessional, non customer oriented service director Rick Stubbs. Customer relations lady as my witness. Perhaps there’s miscommunication about my vehicle currently being serviced but absolutely no excuse for the manner in which I was spoke to. I could go on but I’m sure that would only delay my service even further and possibly tack on more charges. Thank you for the help and compassion, Larry H. Miller Dodge Avondale!
This place is an absolute joke they want to charge $600 for some arctic blast which I’ve never even heard of never even seen on set another dealership sticker I called the dealership and the sales associate told me it’s some oil they put around the condenser to make it last longer well you know what it’s just a gizmo to get another $700 out of a customer buying the gladiator and then on top of that they charge $20,000 in marked up OK I understand it’s some new Jeep product that’s coming out and they’re all very excited about... read more

I have bought 4 cars from this place and referred 5 people there.. took in my truck for service with an appointment and I have to say they have the worst customer service there.. they won't even try to make the situation better after they have messed up.. I will never ever go there again.. might not even buy any more cars/Trucks from there or refer people... EXTREMELY Disappointed...�����
We have bought a car from Ray Motley and he is awesome and very honest. We will be back very soon to buy another from him. We highly recommend him!
