Brought my 2015 ram 1500 eco-diesel in for a oil change And repair on the climate controls which were not working. Needed the complete climate control head which was covered by the extended warranty thank God. Excellent service!
Just because I come in for a recall doesn't mean I want constant calls asking me to trade my truck in.
Service department is very disappointing. On multiple occasions we schedule our service ahead of time and are advised it is about 90 min. But every time we have gone in it is closer to 90-120 min before they even bring the vehicle into the Bay Area to get worked. Even having an appointment where things should go faster for people they don't . Typically a walk in person with no appt takes the same time to get to. I bought a plum crazy charger about a month ago the experience was amazing and I love my car!
I had problems with the service department before but I wanted to give them another try and I have to say that it was a mistake.. not ever recommending purchasing or coming here again.. it’s just a waist of time and they don’t honor there word or must care for there customers..
