Very bad attention from one of the receptionists on the service side.
Reading all these reviews while waiting for my car to get done, looks like the service dept hasn't changed even after all these negative reviews and the gm responding to all of them but it's still the same lol. Dropped my car off to get brakes done at 7am still waiting, can't even get a update on what's going on u call them and they tell u they will get back to you but never do, u email them no response
I should've waited. They lowballed me on my trade in. They were friendly during signing. But after purchase became ghosts, when I needed to reach them. Blake Nelson was okay, but his manager Joseph McMurry was awful. Go elsewhere for a vehicle purchase.
