Your service folks here are the rudest people I have came acrossed in a long time, I bring my truck in for an oil change (3,915mi) and they give me lip about it and on top of that when I have a question they just stare at you if you if you approach the desk to ask a question and when they do answer its “ well who is your service advisor “ does it really matter aint you all the same team here???
They a bunch of scammers the sold me the extended warranty on tires and wheels My tires only have 20000 miles and the coming apart I took it in for the warranty another tell me doesn't cover it so what's the point to buy extended warranty on your vehicle so just a bunch of scammers take your money I purchase 4 vehicles from them I will never purchase a vehicle from them again I would do not recommend to nobody bunch of scammers and liars
Having a difficult time getting them to give me a tire the tire that the truck has is a defect and they keep saying nothing is wrong horrible service so upset with them
Worst experience ever!!!!! I purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey and have had the vehicle for less than a year. It has been in for service 4 times with the same issue in where the vehicle locked and then wouldnt start. Except the last time just a few weeks ago in the middle of rush hour traffick it just shut down and left me strander and in danger to be crashed into.
