It's the second time I come here for a recall. When I walked in no one even bothered to ask if I needed help, service people kept making outgoing phone calls. Finally someone walked in and asked if i needed help, i told him i had an appt for a recall, he looked me up n said the man that was doin all the calls was goin to help me. Finally when he was done he asked me. Horrible service, I wouldnt come here for any service or to buy a car!! First time was the same bad service.
Took my vehicle in for diag payed $900 for them to fix it problem still there called the service adviser and hes not there called the service manager eric ortega 2 voicemails and still dosent call me back i gues that how they deal with customer service
We delivered a trailer in Avondale and the wheel bearing went out, they got us in, fixed and on our way back home in Oklahoma.. Best experience ever..
Pulled in without appointment for an oil change and was helped by Michael. Took about 1.5 hours which is what I expected and service was great! Michael is an excellent service advisor and a pleasure to discuss service with. Excellent employees such as him makes me keep going back to this place for all my service needs. Only reason not five is for the complimentary car wash they offer. I know its free, but it is very weak and vehicle is only lightly rinsed and still is moderately dirty when done. Had my oil changed here a few months ago and the service was less than pleasing. Apparently they also kept the key to my wheel locks. If I get a flat I have no way to even get my tires off. Went to have my oil changed this week and could not have my tires rotated. Have left 3 voicemails with service managers about the wheel key and have received no calls back.
One of the best truck buying experiences I’ve had. This is my fourth Dodge Ram and it’s the best one yet so far. The salesman Arthur Badowski I felt was very honest with us and went the extra mile for us,and has continued to help us even after the sell. I would definitely recommend seeing him for your next truck
