Had a bad tire that was not covered by warranty when I bought the truck and they went out of there way and replaced with a new one
Courtesy shuttle is a mess! I asked if they could at least clean the food off of the seat before I sit on it and was told no! They said that was the job of the guy for last night! Ridiculous that this is how they transport their customers! Can’t post pics...

Came in for 10am oil change spot and 2 hrs in, my van was still waiting in line for service. Whats the point of making an appt of its going to take so long? They keep saying "express lane", but they are doing it wrong. #FAIL

We went to have our vehicles accessories put on and when one of ours was done they didn't bother to inform us that was done. We had appointments and we were told that the appointment time was 7:30 and then when we got there we were told that they probably wouldn't get to our vehicle for about noon after we already made an appointment for 7:30 the service department communication is horrible. On the other hand the sales team and the sales staff awesome.
