My Service agent Junior is the one who keeps me coming back for my service needs on my Dodge Durango. In the past everytime I bring in my vehicle after the service they forget to close a cap or leave an old part sitting in the engine. So now every time I go in I remind Junior of past issues and we make sure stuff like from the past don't happen. I just purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey over the weekend. I had the best car sales guy, Julio who was wonderful and very helpful with the purchase process. I highly recommend Larry Miller Dodge and please ask for Julio Q. I love my new Journey.
Went to go do my service there yesterday and they kept moving me with different advisors not to happy. Then I also used one of there rental cars because I had things to do and it smelled like nothing but cigarettes. Not to pleased. Also when the refunded my money on the receipt it says offline so don't know if it's trying to be a scam or not
Larry H Miller sold us an unsafe brand new dodge caravan with a warranty issue that they could not fix. And instead of helping us to trade for a proper working van, like the general manager said he would try to help us with, they just offered to do a standard trade in for a new van and only give us $18000 trade in value when we owe $27000. We haven't been able to drive our van that we bought brand new for about 4 months now and have been in crappy rentals that aren't even comparable to what we are paying for.
