I really like the service here at this dealership. Even though I didn't purchase my car here, the service advisor, Russell Vest always treats me very well. They even washed and vacuumed it for me at no extra charge. Keep up the good work guys.
Robert, in the service department, was extremely nice and helpful. He checked all my concerns and kept his word about a service package I had called about! I dread dodge dealerships and the service today was a welcome change to what I have experienced elsewhere!
I towed my car in yesterday around 3pm, today at 4pm I just found out they haven't even taken a look at it yet. Wow! This is unacceptable. Ever since I got the car it's been nothing but problems. I am not happy with the dealer. Leaving a single father carless. MY kids didn't even go to school today and I don't know how I'm getting home from work. It's my only transportation

Got a great and straight up deal on my new 2016 Challenger Hellcat. They beat all other dealers by at least $10k. Haven't had to use their service or parts department yet, so I can't comment on those areas.
My husband and I went in today for a rebate, buy back incentive on our 2013 1500 Ram pickup. We Worked with Allen who was very accommodating from the beginning. We told him what our needs were and what our budget was, and he showed us several trucks that fit our criteria. My husband found a color he loved and Allen found one with the upholstered interior my husband wanted. I came in today pretty much to see about a quote on a door ding on my '14 Dart. Now I drive a '16 Challenger. Vince Phillips and Andrew, You guys were awesome with assisting on the purchase. Vinces customer approach was outstanding. Made me comfortable, was upfront about everything. Told him what I could do and he found a way to make it happen. Again, thanks much, Vince. Feel like I need to buy you a beer. I would definitely return to this dealership. And I would not hesitate to point a friend in their direction either.
Service dept was very busy but showed up w no appt for oil change & they didn't sugar coat it they couple hrs. Was nice about it & found out still had 1 free oil change left.
Worst place in Arizona to buy a car! They wont pay off your trade within 90 days, leaving you with a repo on your credit from your prior finance company.
