This place is a total ripoff.. I paid over 500 dollars for the Auto Butler with my Car almost 2 years ago. Its a wax job that i am suppose to get for 4 years applied to my car every 6 months. I received one wax job after the first 6 months..but never heard from them again. I contacted the service department and was told, they no longer honor do the Auto Butler and if I want the service, I have to track down a dealership that will do the service I paid for a long time ago. Totally ripped off...Thank you Avondale Dodge.

Probably the worst car buying experience we've been through. When we took the car back to them, they lost our spare keys and still have yet to return them. We were out a full tank of gas in a Ram and when asked if we could be compensated, they threatened to charge us for vehicle usage. Never ever ever plan on returning.

Would like to Thank Jr Rodriguez for taken care of my Dodge Charger always on top of it and making sure it runs the way it should when ever you wants ymto service you're car ask for JR RODRIGUEZ and will get it done the right way first time. I bought my car here in 2011, the sales department really took care or me, it's the SERVICE department I don't like they are trash. They are rude and half the time they don't even fix you complains. Hope now that its a Larry H Miller dealership that gets cleared up.
