I thought I was a secondary on daughter's car loan. Found out the finance guy put both of our names on primary line. Capital One said they have never seen a contract written like that. Called to straighten this out, was told we couldn't have an intelligent conversation without the contract. Capital One is mailing me one. I know I am responsible for the loan, it is the principle of it. My daughter put 10,000.00 down, so they will do whatever to make money.

This dealership is why people hate car dealers. Went yesterday to buy car for grandson told them had a $20k budget out the door said no problem could work with it. Later went back and surprise price now $25k. Ben the salesman was cordial but Kenny the sales manager is useless and more interested in pleasing his boss. Save time and aggravation and go elsewhere!

Let social media be your guide... Service Manager lacks Customer Service Skills... Horrible service. We have taken our 2014 Dodge truck there twice, and have had to take it right back because of issues caused by their service techs...and THEN they want to charge you for the repairs!! Better yet, the Service Manager makes no effort to resolve the issues.... They may have a TOP Sales Team.... But they lack the service team to support the sales team... Consider Airpark Dodge!! Bought a 2015 hemi truck and my front mat was not included they kept telling me they were going to locate the mat, but they never did. I ended up paying for a new set over the Internet.

I took my Ram 1500 in for a service a couple weeks ago and said I thought I was having battery issues. I was told it tested fine. Spent my morning in the Fry's parking lot waiting for AAA. Guess what? BAD BATTERY! Thank you AutoZone for better diagnosis than the dealership.

We had a great experience purchasing a 2016 RAM 2500 Longhorn from Justin. It was a straightforward transaction at a great price. We felt welcome and at ease the whole time. Even our chocolate lab, Allie, enjoyed it. Well worth the 3 hour drive from Lake Havasu!
