Went in to buy some radiator fluid for my 2007 Ram 1500 and a big thank you to Josh for noticing me. Josh walked in to the parts dept. Had a pleasant convo. Long story short drove out with a New 2016 Ram 1500. Thank you Josh you were very pleasant easy to work with and most of all seemed sincere.
They suck. No customer service from their service advisors.
I have bought 3 vehicles from here and each time I have been treated with respect and honesty.. highly recommend:-)

Our salesperson was James Meals. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements for the Ram Truck purchase. Junior Rodriguez is an excellent service advisor. He's patient, professional and well knowledge. He always treats customers like family and is always up front with costs, wait times and what he can and can not do. He should not only be training the other service advisors his customer service skills should be implemented by management.
