It was truly a pleasure to purchase my new Challenger from Joshua Reeves. Ambitious, hard-working young people are becoming more and more of a rarity. I felt he extended me patience, courtesy and honesty. I'm 72 and a retired school teacher/administrator - I truly appreciate young folks who possess those traits. As for the Dodge, it has everything I wanted & more. WHAT A HOT ROT! It's like taking a "Back to the Past" trip. Thanks Josh & thank Jesse, as well...
They've been good about my service and couldn't complain at all about my car deal, I've read the reviews and like anything else people only make a comment when they're unhappy.
I can't say enough about what a great job the Service Advisors do at Avondale. The Best of these is Robert Carter. I have fully trusted him with my Ram since it was new in 2013. He has always been knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. He is my main reason for continue to come here for all my maintenance needs. Truly 5 Stars

Had to take my car in for a new battery, and they helped me right away. Didn't have to pay a dime thanks to still having warranty. The wait wasn't too long considering it was the weekend.
Todd, service advisor, is a great guy. Listens to his customers, cares about his customers, and that is why I return to Avondale Ram. Todd is professional, and friendly at the same time. My Ram 1500 is in good hands when Todd is in chrage. Thx Todd, and thx Avondale Ram. Randy
