I have not had a good experience since they switched to Larry Miller. I am in the market for a new vehicle and went to the lot yesterday. My daughter and I walked around for 45 min and not a single person came out to offer us help. It was terribly disappointing because I loved my Nissan Rogue and was hoping to get another. If I do, it won't be from this location. Had my Rogue serviced their before as well and the customer service is terrible.
Michelle was amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Hard to find these days! I was more than pleased after having to get a brand new transmission but they were very accommodating, getting us a rental car the same day and out in less than three days. I will most definitely be back!!
I had an issue with my Altima due to a recall and they got my car in same day and I was able to pick it up tonight. Thanks to Jennifer and the service guys for getting it done so quickly!
