I dropped my suv off the 27th of nov RUNNING!. I get told mid dec 15th-20th state farm does'nt know where my suv is also ,Get told by them its now not running they was suppose to fix my doors. Well i just got my truck back i have frame tow point ripped they did zero work. Why was a ebreak fully press in a automatic. Now its my fault the timing snapped it left running no check engine lights nothing want to know how i know i had to do emission right before my wreck. I took my 2015 Murano in for Service and Carrie was great. She was very helpful and show's she cares. Service was quick
I was having trouble with my 2004 Murano over heating. I called Carrie Clark and decided to have it towed in because it was also losing coolant. Carrie had it fixed the same day. Talk about going up and above my expectations! Thank you Carrie.

Getting an appointment just for an oil change is like trying to get an appointment with my Dr,have to schedule it several weeks in advance. Three weeks to be exact. Had my car there at 8:30 for a 8:45 AM appointment. Still took an hour and 15 minutes for the oil change. Not very fast.
I had my 2013 leaf serviced here (TCU Update) and they were extremely professional and completed the work before the time given. Also when I picked it up, it was on the charger at full charge, much appreciated!
I had a great experience purchasing my new 2017 Murano from Nissan 104. They were very respectful and I did not at any time fell pressured. Isiah was wonderful to work with. I got a great value on a trade-in and a great finance rate and terms as well.
