I got an oil change for $30, great price and it was done in an hour. There were 2 things that were not checked on the 29 point inspection, I thought that was was strange, since it is included on the oil change service.
Big John is awesome! Had been dealing with a transmission issue for the last year and he had it fixed the next day after dropping the vehicle off. Stayed in touch with me the whole time. Big John is a good dude, you guys are lucky to have him. Cheers
While I feel Vincent was very thorough, the customer service with the exception of Vince is not the best at this location. I have encountered this on more than one occasion you drive up in the service drive they don’t even acknowledge you until you’re sitting there for a couple of minutes..they just need to work on that but Vincent was very helpful and thorough and I commend him. The service department was great yesterday. The changed the oil. checked all the fluids, rotated the tires and made sure my car was good to go. And they cleaned my windows Thank you!!!
