I took my Rouge in because they offered a nice deal on oil change, tire rotation and inspection. When they were done the tech went over a couple of things that I might need to check further into, which included my transmission. At this point I was a little upset, because if they would have looked into my vehicle history, they would have known that they just did a replacement on my tranny not even 3 months ago, so that made me question what they actually did inspect.

I’m not impressed with how I’m spoken to over the phone when making my appointment or by the person who checked me in. I hated this place when it was AutoNation, they’re going to have to work harder to keep me as a customer. They have 2 more services on my year purchase to prove to me they deserve my continuing business.
Elizabeth and Bob were great ! They took time to answer all my questions and never seemed rushed. It wasn’t just the two of them it was obvious that LHM truly embraces team work ! Thank you for making my car buying experience a fantastic one !!
I Don't trust anyone with my truck but took it to Larry H Miller and had the oil changed, to my surprise Zach the technician that did the oil change found that the last place that I had do the oil change didn't tighten the oil filter down and was spraying oil everywhere. Also noticed that the transmission is starting to leak, and a few other issues that I had not been aware of.
