took my wife's car in for a routine oil change. they fail to notify us about a recalled sensor. once the car was finished she turned on the heat and the engine started to shake. will not return our phone calls. took the car to different location to find out 1200 dollars to fix the problem that didn't exist until the mechanics touched it. the car isn't even 2 years old! tried upselling things unnecessary. unless they rectify the situation, every site will receive a bad review for this location. crooked
POOR SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I brought my '14 Versa in as it was having problems starting. I left it with them in the early AM, took an Uber ride to work, and waited and waited and waited for them to call me back. Finally, I had to call them. All I could reach was voicemail. No communication from them all day long. I took another Uber back to their shop, and finally got to talk to someone. The problem was a programming issue. They corrected it, but misplaced my key. Customer service has gone down since Larry Miller staff took over. Don’t feel like customer satisfaction is important. No return calls made when promised. Pricing has also gone up.

I took my car in for the airbag recall. I know I have a lot of other issues to take care of on my car but it’s an older car so I don’t want to sink a bunch of money in it, I just wanted to make sure the airbag were safe. Now, after the repairs, my airbag light is flashing and the only way they will look at it is to pay for the diagnostic test. I understand that it may not be due to the repairs but why should I be the one responsible to pay to find out if they caused the issue or not?
