On December 15th, I took my vehicle to the Larry H Miller Nissan on 2400 w 104th Ave, Denver co, 80234 for its regular appointment at 10:30am. I have been a customer at this Nissan location for over six years and have spent thousands of dollars fixing my vehicle there. Nissan mfg encourage you to get super charge at the dealerships and this dealership sale a whole lot of Leafs. The last two times I’m low at 20% charge and decided to stop by at one occasion the dedicated charging station is parked with fully non Leaf and uncharging vehicles. Today at 9am I’m stop with the same 20% charge thinking I’m going to make it to work and pulling in the super charger station is not working and level 2 is fully parked with new Leafs uncharging, though I saw a Volvo using one. Very unfriendly not helpful at all. Was told diagnostics would cost $99. I was charged $139 for diagnosis. Placed 3 & 4 calls on 2nd day that they had car to get status but calls were not returned
Looking for a car to replace one we lost in an accident. Visited a couple of different brands of cars but decided on the Nissan Rouge. Met Bill and Joe at Larry Miller’s Nissan. Both of these sales people went over and above to find us the perfect car for us. When they did not have that car in their lot, they searched the area until they found the one we wanted. What GREAT customer service
